This report is intended to be printed to pdf on 8.5x11 paper. It's a photo directory. The logic for the photos is it pulls the household photo if the person is in a household, if they are not then it pulls the individuals photo, if there is no photo it uses the PCO no image avatar. You can change that by editing the assign no_avatar url at the top of the report.
